Zhongzhen Chinese School, Banyang, Tambon Mae Ngon, Fhang District, Chiang Mai.
After His Majesty the King has kindly bestow a land for the Banyang Chinese community, the land has been developed into a Chinese Arts & Cultural School as well as teaching Chinese language to over 30 students. In 1953, the area faced many natural disasters from flood in nearby river to mud landslide in the hillside area. Moreover, as time goes by, the school's physical condition has been deteriorated. However, the school has later on being developed and renovated and HRH Princess Chakri Sirindhorn has written a four Chinese letters     which means 'Education to develop the nation's people'.

Therefore, the school is determined to follow HRH Princess Chakri Sirindhorn's given initiative. Currently, Zhongzhen Chinese School has 360 students and provide 14 special after-school classes for kindergarten students to middle-school students on Monday-Saturday during 18.00 – 20.00 for those who are interested in Chinese language. When the Build Foundation came to observe the school, many problems were found such as the deteriorated buildings with many cracks and unrecoverable subsided floor. On July 18th, 2015, a meeting was held among the school committee, the community committee, the Banyang alumni, the students' parents and local people to solve the existing problems. They finally have came up with an unanimous decision to acquire a new plot of land and relocate the school with details of the new location plan and funding mobilization.

The Build Foundation has allocated a budget to construct a building and restrooms on a 400-square-meter space which is divided into a five 8x10 square-meter which consisted of classroom, computer room, exploration rooms to create a learning attraction environment such as playing ground, sports ground, multi-purpose recreation space as well as separated male-female toilets, etc. Moreover, a digital media and equipment from True Plook Panya which includes a 32-inch television in a red cabinet, TrueVisions box that provides several knowledge channels, TrueClick life digital media to help the students spending quality time were also provided. A Solar cell was also set up while classroom and building were renovated painted in order to develop the school to have a best vision in teaching by emphasizing a student-centric policy to instill a quality and modern learning curve and eventually having a stable community in the future.
